1. Will my doctor continue to see me as a patient even though the clinic is moving?
Yes, your family doctor will remain the same. Only our clinic location is changing.
2. What happens to my scheduled appointments after the clinic move?
All existing appointments will remain scheduled for the same date and time unless you are contacted by our office with any changes.
3. What are the clinic’s hours of operation?
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (by appointment only)
4. What are the telephone hours?
Our phone lines are open during the following hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
5. How can I contact the clinic?
Our telephone and fax numbers remain the same. Please reach out to us using the usual contact details.
6. What is the new clinic address?

We are moving to the new Baseline location on July 2, 2025. The Manotick location will close completely.

Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
FHO URGENT CARE CLINIC (same day appointments only):
If you are registered with a family doctor at our office, you may call for same day emergency after hours.
Monday - Thursday
Friday (no FHO Urgent care)
Saturday: 9 am-12 pm (FHO Urgent appointments only)
